Total Body Conditioning

Burn more in less time. BPM is a total body conditioning program incorporating all-out intensity training with kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes and more. Kettlebells give our workout program an extra kick and provide an extra challenge for your high-intensity workout. Using them is key to our BPM program and key to conditioning.


Dumbbells are a staple in any total body workout. Free weights require more energy to work out with. Our program uses that extra energy to take workouts to the next level.


Like the name suggests, the assault bike is meant to work your entire body while getting a great cardiovascular workout in the process. Be ready to ride when you sign up!
