TEAM

  • Kathy and Ethan Hershman Owners

Ethan and Kathy have always been active (running, tennis, skiing, yoga, etc.), however in 2009 they discovered CrossFit and—like many of us—were instantly hooked. Soon after, Ethan began competing in Master Competitions and the CrossFit Opens, which is truly when his appreciation turned fanatical. Their newfound passion and entrepreneurial success drove them to partner with Colleen Delaney and together share CrossFit’s benefits in Greenwich, Conn. Their vision: To offer an upscale experience while maintaining the “intensity and rawness” of the workout.

  • Joe Baglione Head Trainer / General Manager

Joe’s passion for fitness began on the ice as a young teen in Hingham, Mass. His love for hockey drove him to work hard, gain strength and get better. After college, Joe missed competing and the team atmosphere. He quickly filled that void—while getting into the best shape of his life—with CrossFit. Within six months, he completed his CrossFit Level One certification. While wellness is something Joe takes very seriously personally, he has dedicated the last five years to helping others find its importance by coaching and personal training at various CrossFit facilities from Boston to New York City. Joe’s favorite hero WODs: Badger and Murph. “Anything that pays respect to our troops and gets the community involved/covered in sweat is good. I love working out for a greater cause.”
