CrossFit

 CrossFit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines weight lifting, cardio, gymnastics, and core training. Our 60-minute classes incorporate demonstration, instruction, and explanation by our highly trained coaches to ensure all our athletes are getting the most of their workout. With varied workouts each day, our athletes will see an improvement in their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment.

FormFHiit

¬†Redefine strength in style with a CrossFit-meets-Pilates power hour-armed with high octane beats to bust through the burn. The “opposites attract” marriage of high intensity interval training and isometric sequences revs up your metabolism while building lean muscle mass. 15-minute AMRAP’s are cushioned with sculpting and flexibility exercises, often using body weight, light weights and resistance bands to target hard-to-reach areas. Continue lengthening with a yoga flow, followed by core work and stretch. Form trumps all in this all-encompassing strength and conditioning class.

Fundamentals

Our Fundamental Program consist of three private practical training sessions. Here you will learn CrossFit’s basic nine fundamental movements, while gaining insight into our philosophy/workout regimen. We emphasize client safety and community building, in addition to learning proper CrossFit terminology. Each session includes a form-focused tutorial, followed by practice with trainer’s verbal and tactile cues. The session ends with a classic CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) integrating everything you have learned and practiced in a traditional high-intensity cardio and strength workout. You will have the basic tools and understanding of CrossFit by completing our Fundamental Program and be on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness! The three sessions can be scheduled at your convenience!

Barbell Club

The “Barbell Club” focuses solely on barbell movements so you can begin to understand the science behind the lifts and start building your confidence and skill level. Attend this class on a regular basis and you will be amazed at how quickly your form will improve and with time, how much weight you’ll be able to lift.
